Keith Gates: Music

Tammara Madeja received BS and MS degrees in music education from the University of Illinois. Since 1992, she has been the choral director at Potsdam High School. As a vocalist, Mrs. Madeja is a frequent soloist and has performed lead roles with the Illinois Opera Theater. She was a finalist in the Chicago Monastero Bel Canto Competition. Mrs. Madeja is a member of the voice faculty at St. Lawrence University and has taught graduate music education courses at the State University of New York at Potsdam. Mrs. Madeja has served on the Crane Youth Music Camp voice faculty for the past seven years. She currently serves as a representative to the New York State School Music Association Executive Council.
